DIY Super Mario Piranha Plant (For Cats!)
This is the "Mario Brothers Cat Tree" made by the Instructables user Geckoo_Designs, although the intended user is cats there's nothing stopping you from using it (except your extreme and very rare case of big-boneitis). Although the quality of the tree isn't Ikea quality it's much better than you or I could do - okay, maybe just you, have you seen my blogging skills? They're almost as good as my DIY skills.

Super Mario 3 Final Level In First Person
Because nothing, and I mean nothing says originality like even more video games done in first person, Freddie Wong (no one was expecting that) has made another first person Mario video - in all fairness, the video is pretty good
"After over 50 days of rendering FPM Endgame is finally done. I've always said that if I'm going to do a sequel it has to be creatively worth doing."

Super Mario Themed Wedding Invites
These are custom handmade Super Mario themed wedding invitations made by Larry T Quach for Esther Tanouye and Ryan Watkins, and of course, they are only one of the many things you can do with an old NES cartridge (spoiler alert, this one is much worse).
As well as the invitations, there were also Question Mark Blocks given out to guests at the end of the wedding along with golden (chocolate) coins inside. Guests were also given a piece of card allowing them to choose which food menu they wanted (Vegetarian or not).

Super Smash Land
Dan Fornace is a big fan of the Mario franchise, especially Super Smash Bros, so he decided he would attempt to make a 'demake' of the game himself.
"For years, I have loved the Smash Brothers series and its simple yet deep gameplay. As an artist, I have tried many times to pay homage to one of my favorite games. Now here you find my latest and greatest attempt, Super Smash Land.
Super Smash Land is a free to play PC Game that is designed to look and feel like it is being played on the original Nintendo Gameboy. I have simplified the experience while keeping the characters and features you are used to along with my own creative decisions."
I played this game for a little bit and I would highly recommend that you download it, it's completely free and only 18MB in size so you haven't got anything to lose. Unfortunately the game is currently only available for PCs, but a Mac version may be in development in the near future.

Piranha Plant Earrings
The user called lizglizz from Etsy made piranha plant earrings which look great, although they're for girls I'd wear the hell out of them and look so pretty.
"Super awesome accessory for any Mario fan! This Piranha Plant earring set made of polymer clay will sure put a bite in your day! Wear these anywhere and your sure to get a second look! Piramha Plant earrings have the appearance of having quite the grip on the ear. That's a scary thought but don't worry these adorable earrings will cause you no pain, maybe tears of joy though!!"
They're currently out of stock, but by judging from the other products they won't be cheap. Click here to visit the store.

Realistic versions of Super Mario enemies
Usually when playing Mario, I would feel bad and cry a little bit when killing the enemies, mainly the innocent turtles, but the artist Mike Puncekar has drawn them somewhat more realisticly, and now I haven't got to worry about crying myself to sleep after murdering 100 goombas.
To view all 9 different enemies, you can visit Mike's site by clicking here.

Super Mario Stop-Motion Paper Animation
ashram6 makes stop-motion animations with just paper, recently he made a stop-motion animation featuing Mario in different scenes from the game, it's only 3:30 minutes long (excluding the author's message at the end) so it's well worth checking out.
